As much as we enjoy cooking traditional "catering food," our menus are crafted to reflect our experience in fine dining restaurants. Don't get us wrong, we make amazing tri-tip and garlic whipped potatoes, but we think a Grilled Petite Filet with Melted Leeks and Crushed Fingerling Potatoes tossed in a black pepper creme and finished with a blackberry and Pinot Noir pan sauce just speaks to the foodie in all of us!

As a bistro-style caterer operating in the Farm-To-Fork capitol of the world, regional seasonality is our biggest priority when creating and designing menus. We source organically and locally wherever possible. Our produce, cheeses, and meats almost always come from many of the organic and family owned farms in the Central Valley.

Our cooks, bar staff, and servers come from some of Sacramento's finest restaurants and Bars. Our team is comprised of the local industry's most qualified. With our restaurant experience, we have abandoned the traditional catering approach; we are a mobile restaurant. Your guests will be treated to a dining experience that mirrors a beautiful evening out at any one of California's five-star bistros. We are true believers that people eat with their eyes first. This why all of our plates and menus are crafted with presentation and execution as a core priority. There is a delicate balance between creating beautifully composed dishes and getting the food to your table while its still fresh and hot. Plating food on a large scale requires careful planning and a meticulous attention to details that we feel have been lost on many other caterers. We have a dedicated team of highly experienced, executive level chefs that can consistently and successfully execute plated service for any number of guests.
